Tiki Runner 2 consists of cascading reels and a free spins trail. The player is awarded free spins if they move far enough up the trail in the same game cycle. The trails position is increased by one step for every cascade. There are respin spaces on this trail where the player is offered a free respin for landing on this position whilst holding their current trail value (all in the same game cycle). This way the player feels they are being helped to achieve free spins. If the player gets far enough up the trail it starts the free spins feature.
